Real estate professional Eugene Gorab established Greenfield Partners, LLC in 1997 with a mission of building a team dedicated to its work and to each other as well as a firm that can anticipate even drastic changes in the business environment. Eugene Gorab belongs to professional organizations, such as the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). PREA’s philanthropic arm, PREA Foundation, has collaborated with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) to provide real estate training for Black, Hispanic, and Native American undergraduates. The program, called PREA/SEO Real Estate Track, aims to promote inclusion and diversity in the real estate industry. Top real estate firms will benefit from the PREA/SEO Real Estate Track since the graduates of the program will replace entry-level employees and interns. PREA’s network of over 60 partner firms and SEO’s structured professional development provide participants with more than 100 hours of coaching and training, internship opportunities and exclusive access to c-level executives By the time they complete the program, they are well-equipped to be significant contributors to the firms they work for. Most students thrive in diverse roles in the real estate industry, such as commercial real estate, private equity real estate, and asset management.
